It is you responsibility to ensure you are working in a safe manner, to protect yourself and other around you from any hazards. We endeavour to do our best to ensure that you are working in a safe environment at all times. There are certain safety precautions in place, any person found deliberately going against these precautions will be dealt with accordingly. Failure to report a danger, or continued use of a dangerous process can be judged as gross misconduct and can result in your dismissal. One you arrive on the farm, you will be given a full induction programme detailing all health and safety precautions that you must take whilst you are with us.

You will be required to sign a declaration form stating that you understand and agree to abide by these rules.
